I am an upper 30 something fitness enthusiast and paleo-ista - my favorite thing is running and running far! I have completed 3 marathons in 8 months and looking to run Boston and then complete a half Ironman! I am married to a wonderful man and we have 2 Vizsla's - Stryker and Penny, along with Boo Kitty and Kaat Von Nostrand.
I am a certified group fitness instructor through AFAA and RYT200 through Yoga Alliance. Though I am not formally teaching at this time. I love to give out fitness and informal nutrition advice based on what has worked for me.
I love baking and do that once a week and take them in for my co-workers!
Oh, and I think that almond and peanut butter are the best things in this world!
